En +infini, tu factorises par le terme dominant :
f(x)=(1/2)x²(ln x)[1-(3/(2*ln x))]
En +inf, x²lnx tend vers +inf ( produits de fonctions dont la limite tend vers +inf )
En +inf, 1/(ln x) tend vers 0 donc [1-(3/(2*ln x))] tend vers 1 en +inf
Finalement, f(x)->+infini quand x->+infini
En 0, x² tend vers 0, et x²(ln x) aussi ( x*ln x est une limite remarquable et donc multiplié par x qui tend vers 0, ça ne change pas grand chose....)

Au fait, évites la notation x~0 ou x~+infini, c´est tout à fait autre chose...
