For example, usually, I´ve got a lot of work and in order to finish my homework, I usually have to study until 5 or 6 o´clock in the morning.
When you lack of sleep like me, it´s not good for health... But I have to do such sacrifices if I want to succeed !
And when you work too much, you feel stressed ! It´s not good either...
A party from time to time can be better than work : it helps people to keep a good mood, and to destress.
It can help you to keep your mental health, and such things count !
