OUI, yes it´s a suitable environment to learn magic because it´s a building which has been made to learn magic to pupils who want to learn magic.
Nevertheless, why do they hide from the Humans?do they afraid of them?

No that´s sux, it´s a fuckin environment for skyzofrene children.
For learn magic, we can just council you alcool, drugs, or sexual relationship with a torrific girl...
Magic is everywhere, don´t need to go to a school, go to your roof, look at the sky, believe that you can fly, jump, and come after for tell us how was that.
Ok now stupid teacher, may i, please, ask you to have normals homework, because i´m going to be afraid about the health of your mind.

No i think its a bad environment to learn magic because in poudlard,every clan is trying to get points to win a little more food in the year end party ^^ and also the poudlar castle is not guaranted the pupils safety with the strange monster who sometimes eat 1 or 2 pupil to keep their health,now the poor pupils are afraid and bring a shotgun in class,better,the keeper of the school possess a nice arbalest and shot the poor childs when he is drunk,and if he miss them ? dont worry a big dog with 3 head finish the survirors.
