Non tu n'es pas le seul, moi j'ai reçu un email du site externe sur lequel j'ai acheté ma clé (DirectGameCards) dont voici un extrait :
"Dear Customer,
With great regret, we have to inform you that one of our suppliers is no longer able to supply Sim City as they promised. A long story told short, they “supplied” us with stock that they did not have. Pushing the blame to them is easy, but we are also to blame because we trusted them.
What does this mean to you as a customer?
We have two options:
1. You will receive a full refund
2. You will receive the game but at a later date. There is no guaranteed date, but 9-11 of March is very likely"
En résumé je l'ai dans l'os pour le 7 ! 
Soit je me fais rembourser soit j'attends que la clé me soit envoyée entre le 9 et le 11. J'hésite...
