Bonjour, je réalise un script d'inscription mais celui - ci ne fonctionne pas pouvez vous me dire pourquoi voici le formulaire d'inscription :

C'est quoi qui ne fonctionne pas ?
Pas de messages d'erreurs ? Pas d'enregistrement ? Pas d'appel au script Php ? etc ...

Sa me marque sa :
