Tout d'abord j'aimerai vous dire que je vous contacte pour un amie car il vous a conctater et a reçu une réponse negative alors qu'il vous a prouver que le systeme d'echange avait quelque probleme et que a cause de cela il a perdu tout ses skin ,de plus a ce jour la personne qui l'a arnaquer un trade ban ,ce qui prouve qu'il s'est bien fait scam ,de plus il compter investir dans le jeu mais n'a pas eu le courage de continuer a jouer après ce scam ! Je vous demande de reprendre cette affaire en main et de faire quelque chose .

Les échanges effectués prouvent qu'il n'a absolument rien eu en échange des ces skins il vous a envoyée quelque preuves qui prouvent qu'il avais bel et bien ces items dans mon inventaire car une page de mon navigateur non actualisé montre que ces skins lui appartenaient (Il fournis une vingtaine de screenshots dans son propre mail de support)

Nous pouvons voir que ce sont exactement les mêmes armes (Certaines n'étant pas présentent dans leurs inventaires)
Certains Screenshots ont étés pris juste après l'arnaque

Toutes les preuves ont étés fournis, ce sont les vrais conversations, Il n'a malheureusement pas pu prendre les screenshots des conversations car les faits ce sont passés à 1h40, Il n'a pas eu ce réflexe.

Si y'a pas eu de bypass au niveau de la sécurité du trade (CàD : une faille exploitée etc.) Steam va gentiment te sortir le "vous avez été prévenu plusieurs fois des conséquences de l'échange, nous ne somme en aucun cas responsable de vos actions" bla bla.

En clair : vu que le système de Middleman ne fait en aucun cas partie de la structure de trade Steam, t'as b*isé.

Y'a bien eu quelques exceptions, j'ai un pote qui s'est vu rendre par le support ses 2 Asiimov's. Après 'faut voir...

En clair : ton amis ne récupérera jamais tes objets.
Seul le piratage est parfois traité, pas le scam.

Imaginons un mec arrive à trouver le moyen de scam uniquement dans le cadre du trade tel qu'on le connait (donc sans "aide" externe : faux middleman, promesses de paiement paypal etc.) là Steam doit trouver une solution, vu que c'est leur système qui est foireux.

MAIS

Si tu passes par un Middleman, que tu trade ton item en espérant recevoir de l'argent en retour, tout autre méthode ne faisait pas / à moitié appel au trade steam : le support t'envoies balader.

Narmol d'un côté, imagines le nombre de gens qui profiterait du système, prétextant un scam pour avoir un objet ou le dupliquer.

Pour faire simple ,c'est comme si tu acheter une Renault dans une concession Renault puis que tu la revendais à un particulier qui te paye en faux billet et que tu retourne voir Renault en espérant qu'il règle le conflit en te remboursant la voiture ...

Donc si il y a vol ,c'est à la justice de réglé ça , pas à Steam (et j'ose pas imagine la gueule dût flic qd tu va te pointé devant lui pour déposé plainte pour "vol de skin sur CS/GO" lol)
