​- Toy soldier gives the flashback about how Doflamingo took the throne 10 years ago.
- Dolfamingo kidnapped the ships that took tribute from countries to the Celestial Dragons and threatened the World Government to be part of the Shichibukai.
- He threatened King Riku for 10 billion Berries for Dressrosa. King Riku didn't want a war. There's no wars for last 800 years in Dressrosa so he accepted.
- Dressrosa soldiers went to the town to collect money.
- But suddenly King Riku started attacking people and set fire to buildings with tears, he was controlled by Doflamingo. Soldiers also started attacking people later.
- "The timing that hero shows up is when people have fears and hate King Riku." Doflamingo said to Trébol, Diamante and Pica.​

Pas grand chose à dire, on avait environs deviné tout ça - sauf la partie shichi, qu'on avait meme pas réfléchi - , ce chap ne serait intéressent que s'il dévoilait les intentions de Dofla (pourquoi est-ce qu'il fait tout ça), mais bon les chaps ont toujours l'impression d'être bof avec les spoils de redon

Falco S'il a voulu requisitionner de l'argent à Dressrosa et que le roi a accepté, c'est que Dressrosa devait l'avoir, et 10 billion berries c'est pas rien Même si c'était un piège

- Toy Soldier recalls the past, Dressrosa was a peaceful country and had no wars in 800 years. Everything changed when Doflamingo appeared on that night 10 years back.
- Doflamingo used to hijack ships of countries who were dedicated to the Celestial Dragons, the ships he hijacked used to carry "tribute". He became a threat to the World Government and demanded to become a part of the Shichibukai.
- Doflamingo demanded for King Riku's throne, he asked for a ransom of 10 billion Beli's from Dressrosa (King Riku). As King Riku didn't want a war and wanted to continue the peaceful rein over Dressrosa, he accepted this and was ready to pay the ransom.
- The Kingdom wasn't that rich, and thus King Riku and his men started also collecting a little bit of money via the citizens (donations/taxes, not yet clear exactly).
- All of a sudden, King Riku along with the soldiers he was with started attacking the citizens of Dressrosa and set fire to buildings, they had tears in their eyes whilst doing this. It was Doflamingo's doings, he was using his powers to control King Riku and the soldiers.
- Doflamingo was waiting in the dark until the time was right, when the country hated King Riku the most and he lost credibility, Doflamingo then appeared as a hero to save the people of Dressrosa from the king whom they presumed to have gone mad.

WTF ? Law donne des coeurs quand Doflamingo vole l'argent du GN pour les DG et demande le poste de CC. La dif est enorme, surtout qu'un amiral aurait du se pointer pour recup le cash
