Après avoir hésité entre The Book of Souls, The Red and the Black et Empire of the Clouds, je vote pour cette dernière.

J'hésite pour celui-là,sur le premier disque j'adore If Eternity Should Fail,The Red And The Black et The Book of Souls,sur le deuxième Empire of The Clouds s'impose même si y a aucune piste vraiment mauvaise
Allez je vais voter pour If Eternity Should Fail,placée en début d'album elle fait un putain d'effet

Trop long, trop de titres bof. Le sommet du naze est atteint avec la doublette tears of à clown man of sorrows.... quant à empire, elle est vraiment trop longue.

Je vite pour the red and the black car j'aime "ohohter" les refrains

Je choisi speed of light pour le cri de Dickinson du debut

The Great Unknown perso

Si on met The Red And The Black en plein milieu de l'album Final Frontier, c'est de loin la meilleur de l'album!
Je réécoute le tout je dirais mon choix plus tard.

J'aime beaucoup Empire of the Clouds et The Red & the Black, mais elles auraient gagné à être moins longues de 2-3 bonnes minutes. C'est pas parce qu'une chanson dure 13 minutes qu'elle est forcément aussi bonne que The Rime

Mon vote va pour If Eternity Should Fail, qui démarre très bien l'album

Je les trouve pas trop longues Empire of the Clouds et The Red & the Black, quand je les écoute je ne m'ennuie pas.
(alors que certaines de leurs chansons moins longues peuvent m'ennuyer)

C'est pas parce qu'une chanson dure 13 minutes qu'elle est forcément aussi bonne que The Rime

Ça m'a fait réaliser que les chansons les plus longues d'un album étaient souvent les meilleurs de chaque album!
Phantom of the Opera, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Rime, Alexander, Seventh Son, Mother Russia, Fear, Sign Of The Cross, Dance Of Death (suivi de Pascendale), When The Wild...

Pour moi aussi ce sera The Red And The Black Même si j'ai hésité avec If Eternity Should Fail.

Ce sont celles composées par Harris seul souvent

Je vote pour If Eternity Should Fail, vraiment un très bon morceau

"Empire of the Clouds" pour moi sans hésitation

album que j’apprécie enormement, le cd1 en entier je m'en lasse pas "un sans faute" a mon gout, sur le cd 2 je prefere shadows of the valley et empire of the clouds, je vote pour the red and black sans souci ma preferée de l'album =)

Empire or the Clouds loin devant.

Les chansons longues sont aussi généralement mes préférées.

Première fois qu'on a une égalité entre 3 morceaux il me semble.

Album décevant. Double-album = remplissage, bien souvent.

Il n'y a que deux titres que je trouve très bons sur "The book of souls" : "If Eternity" et "Empire". Je vote pour le premier, car le second aurait gagné à être retravaillé (transitions vraiment bancales, trop longue).

If Eternity Should Fail se qualifie !

On a donc nos 16 morceaux pour le tournoi :

Le tournoi se déroulera sous forme de matchs de 1 contre 1, il y aura les huitièmes de finale, puis quart, demi et enfin la finale. Les matchs seront tirés au hasard pour les huitièmes (je ferai ça certainement demain).

Les matchs dureront entre 2 et 3 jours en fonction de la participation.

Il va manquer un titre là pour huitièmes.

Il y aurait moyen de faire un repêchage non ? Genre faire concourir tout les titres arrivés en deuxième place et en choisir un, histoire d'avoir 16 titres.

Je compte bien 16 titres pourtant , à moins que je sois aveugle
