the problem we had is start since March when i make order on RSOV, we make an order and normally we recieved it on month of May but there is nothing coming, and to communicate with them is just thru this ticket mail, when we make a complain they said that my order had been back to them with the reason of wrong adress but its not true we gave them the right adress, and now since then we always sending messages that is really annoying me, because its always the same they are not giving me anything;;;;; is there anyone here having this king of problem like mine and what you had done to solve this.
