Of course, you can! But only on the Guerilla mode. Because the Campaign and the competitive multiplayers are playable only online. There's no matchmaking for the Campaign, you can only play it with your Network's friends, but the Competitive multiplayers has a free Matchmaking system. But, i repeat it, you can play in split-screen only in the guerilla mode.
