un article sur Suh ! a la lecture de cet article je suis pas trop sur de le vouloir ....
With the St. Louis Rams securing the first overall pick in the 2010 draft with a loss to San Francisco last week, NFL sources say Nebraska DT Ndamukong Suh is certain to be the extra big body the Rams are seeking inside to diversify their pass rush.
Suh has natural speed, strength and power and looked downright dominant late in the season. From the middle of last season until now, evaluators say no player has helped himself more than Suh.
However, for as productive as Suh was rushing the quarterback, having notched 12 sacks from the inside on the season, much of his production has come from overpowering inferior offensive linemen as he consistently did against Texas and Missouri.
"One of th4e biggest differences you see betwween college and the pros is how much stronger nfl guards are," one top-ranking NFL evaluator said. "Suh has not played against guards that are as big and strong as what he is going to see. Look at (Colts 1992 first overall pick) Steve Emtman. He got after it and dominated in college-he was a manchild-but he had no rush moves. Glenn Dorsey was not a pass rusher. Don't get me wrong, Suh is very latented. But the media has gotten carried away with its infatuation."
Oklahoma junior DT Gerald McdCoy, despite producing half as many sacks as Suh, is more disruptive and creative as a pass rusher, and could carry a higher premium for NFL franchises seeking to create an inside pass rush.
