PSV striker Mateja Kezman says he has signed on the dotted line for Chelsea and will complete his £5m deal once a work permit has been issued.
The Serbo-Montenegrin forward claims to have tied up all negotiations during a flying visit to London on Monday.
" I have signed," he said.
" Chelsea now have to take care of a work permit for me. I will be officially presented no sooner than Saturday, Sunday or Monday."
The Stamford Bridge club agreed a fee with PSV Eindhoven for the prolific marksman last week, and they will expect the work permit to be a formality given Kezman´s status as a regular international.
The 25-year-old is aware he will face tough competition for his place in coach Jose Mourinho´s starting line-up at Stamford Bridge, but he is not deterred by the challenge.
" I know what coach Mourinho wants. I have spoken with him a few times and I know what my position at Chelsea will be," added Kezman.
" And the situation at Chelsea is really fantastic."
The former FK Loznica, Sartid 1913 Smederevo and Partizan Belgrade forward scored 105 goals in 122 games over four seasons at PSV.
