j´aimerais surtout qu´on embarque gerrard sous le nez de chelsea et qu´on prenne un rosicky ou vicente avec. ça serait sympa en tout cas plus que de depenser plus de 30M£ pour un joueur de 18 ans.

L´ailier danois de Chelsea, Jesper Gronkjaer, pourrait prendre la direction du FC Valence.
Gronkjaer était pressenti du côté de Birmingham, mais les négociations avec le club anglais n´ont pas abouti. Valence s´est donc mis sur les rangs, et pourrait enregistrer la signature du Danois très prochainement.

L´élimination du Danemark par la République Tchèque va en effet permettre à Gronkjaer de se consacrer à la recherche d´un nouveau club.

Perez hits back at Beckham

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has reportedly hit back at David Beckham´s suggestions that the training regime with the Spanish giants is not up to scratch.

The England captain was below par in Portugal as his side bowed out at the quarter final stage to hosts Portugal, after the Real Madrid man missed his second penalty of the tournament.

Perez has apparently criticised his Galactico for making regular trips back to England and failing to rest sufficiently.

" Yes, we understand your concerns, David," Perez is quoted as saying in The Mirror.

" We agree with you that the training was not up to it and that the organisation of the team was not right.

" We will put that right next season.

" But who was it who did not train at all during the Christmas break?

" Who keeps on flying back to England when he is asked to rest?

" Who has to take responsibility for that?"

Real are looking to make several signings after a season that was a disaster by their own high standards and the failure of a number of their key men to make an impact on Euro 2004.

Schmeichel Backs Rooney United Move

Peter Schmeichel believes a move to Old Trafford would be the making of England hero Wayne Rooney.

The Everton striker is the current subject of intense transfer speculation linking him with a multi-million pound switch to either United or Chelsea.

But Schmeichel believes a link up with Sir Alex Ferguson rather than Jose Mourinho, would be the ideal stepping stone for the teenager given the United manager´s experience of developing young players.

" I´m convinced United and Chelsea are going to come in with enormous bids and Rooney will not be an Everton player at the end of the summer," said the former United keeper in his Sunday Times column.

" I hope he chooses United over Chelsea and I´m already imagining the kind of partnership he could develop with Ruud van Nistelrooy.

" He is a northern boy and his family is very important to him. If he plays for United he won´t need to move home, but if he chose Chelsea he would find himself in London, a big city where there are a lot of temptations.

" You know United have the set-up and above all the manager to develop talent," continues Schmeichel.

" Sir Alex is exactly who Rooney needs. The most important things he teaches young players are humility and respect. He keeps his players under control and the thing he insists on more than anything is that as a player your priority has got to be football, 100 per cent.

" Everton know he is going to leave at some stage and it might as well be now. They need an injection of cash and some quality players and a deal for Rooney would give them both.

" Balance is what Rooney is going to want at this crucial time in his life. He would find it at Old Trafford, along with everything else he needs."

je sais pas si fergie mise beaucoup sur kieran parce que ça devrait faire quelque temps qu´on devrait le voir en equipe premiere.

sinon pedersen je le connais pas mais il se dit qu´il est doué, d´ailleurs vaut mieux pour qu´il le soit mais bon il devrait faire banquette en attendant la retraite de giggs
