Sir Alex Ferguson spoke to MUTV after United´s 4-3 victory over Everton. This is what the boss had to say...

First Half Performance
The first half was one of our best performances away from home for years. I got everything I could ask from my team in terms of possession, penetration, good crossing, good defending. Everything was fantastic. It could have been 6-0 at half-time. That´s not exaggeration. We had three open chances to score and missed them.

Credit To Everton
You have to give full marks to David Moyes. I think he´s read the game well. He made three substitutions at half-time which was a sort of declaration, really, that we´re not accepting this. They went about us in a way that we couldn´t handle. They played it to Duncan Ferguson´s strengths and had the two little lads, Rooney and Radzinski, running off him.

Great Scot
Duncan Ferguson is a real handful. I think he reserves all his best games for us! Every setpiece was a problem. We just didn´t handle it well and we´re lucky to get the result. They scored their third goal with enough time for us to do something about it.

The Unexpected Happened!
We thought they´d make changes at half-time and go for the three up-front, which we thought they might have done from the start. We spoke about how to handle it, but we didn´t expect what we were going to see. Not in a million years could you see that happening.

A Lesson Learnt
It´s a lesson for us maybe about taking chances. We´re grateful that Ruud has got the fourth goal. He and Louis got two goals apiece today and that goes a long way in determining how the championship´s going to be decided, when you get goals like that from these lads. But defending´s also part of it and last season, for instance, our defending helped in a big way to win the league. Looking at the last two or three games, I have to say we need to improve at this. It´s unusual but we´ll sort that out, I know that.

Ton-up Ruud
Ruud has got to his 100, and he could have had four today! It´s a good result because Everton are a good side, they´re in the wrong position in the league. To put it in context, it´s another three points, away from home. And they´re well-earned points in terms of us having to battle from giving away a three-goal lead and still recovering to win. We´re in a situation where we have to win matches now.

Emotional Rollercoaster!
I think I´ve gone through every emotion as a manager today. At this club, you go through them anyway!

I decided to bring on Cristiano Ronaldo and I think he´s won us the game with that cross, it was a fantastic cross. He composed himself and that´s very difficult for a young lad in the heat of a battle, to take his time to cross the ball for what turned out to be the winning goal for us. And yes, Ruud had a fantastic header, but there´s no doubt in my mind that the cross from Ronaldo won the match for us.

Roy Keane and Thierry Henry are included in the first five names in the top 100 living footballers chosen by Pele to mark Fifa´s centenary.

The list of " most influential" players will be made public at a dinner in central London on March 4, when the players will also receive awards for their contribution to the game.

Five of the players were named yesterday, when details of celebrations to mark Fifa´s centenary this year were also revealed. In addition to Keane and Henry, the players named were Roberto Baggio, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Mia Hamm.

Almost all the 100 players have agreed to attend the dinner, the proceeds of which will help fund Fifa´s projects around the world. Organisers refused to reveal yesterday whether Maradona was included in Pele´s list and if he had been invited to the dinner.

Fifa has chosen 12 photographers to take the players´ pictures, including Lord Lichfield, Martin Parr, Marc Quinn and Helena Christensen. The photographs will be posted on http://www.the-100.com next month.

Greenpepper tu as vu le real faie des matchs extraordinauire cette saison ? milan n´est pas super a chacun de ses matchs .

et puis tu as raison une equipe qui marque 7 buts en 2 matchs c´est forcement une equipe de merde .

et puis on ne se passe pas d´un des meilleurs defenseurs du monde sans incidence . Tout le monde savait qu´il y aurait un peu de flottement .

Et ses matchs la on les gagne . ..

c´est dingu qu´on arrive a critiquer une equipe qui gagne . ..

quand a trabelsy il a declare en hollande info d´un pote fan de l´ajax qu´il avait choisi MU et qu´il serait heureux de jouer avec 2 anciens joueur du championnat hollandias .

Trabelsi devait deja signer à MU l´été dernier, mais Koeman l´avait aligné en tour préliminaire de C1, du coup MU avait abandonné cette piste. Je crois qu´il avait deja dit à cette époque qu´il aurait aimé jouer à MU, on verra s´il vient...

Joaquin je suis pas contre, mais ça fera du monde au niveau offensif, peut-être Forlan sur le départ si jamais cette rumeur venait à miraculeusement se concrétiser ^^
