Je nous vois mal nous aligner sur le salaire que Chelsea lui donne. Pour autant que je sache, on a plafond pour la masse salariale à MU...

C´est dommage qu´il ne soit pas venu mais bon vu son age il aurait fallu lui trouver un remplaçant assez rapidement.

C´est bizarre, je croyais que Ruud était un des meilleurs buteurs européens, il a juste mis 21 buts en championnat, c´est vraiment pas terrible...

On vend Drogba pour 35 millions mais Ruud ne vaut pas plus que 10M€...

Le probléme de Ruud est son âge (bientôt 30 ans) et surtout le fait qu´il n´est pas extrêmement polyvalent. C´est un finisseur hors pair, il se place comme un dieu, il a un sens inné de la passe mais il n´est pas aussi complet qu´un Shevchenko ou Henry. (Bien que je préfère Ruud aux derniers cités) Dans le même genre Inzaghi et Trezeguet ne partiront jamais pour plus de 20 M€.

Ps : Ne jamais prendre comme exemple les achats de Chelsea, ils sont hors-normes au sens premier du terme.

Fergie targets Keane replacement

Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted he is struggling to find a replacement for Roy Keane at Manchester United.

Keane, who recently held his testimonial at United, left Old Trafford in January to join Celtic.

United have struggled to fill the gap left by the Irishman´s departure with the likes of John O´Shea and Ryan Giggs being employed in central midfield role.

Ferguson has made a new midfielder his top priority and he has revealed he has been forced to look abroad for reinforcements as he feels no one in England can compare to Keane.

"It´s not easy to replace Roy Keane, just as it wasn´t when Bryan Robson came to the end of his career," Ferguson told MUTV. "We looked for a new Bryan Robson and fortunately we were very lucky to get Roy Keane.

"That scenario is on us again. We´ve got to get a Roy Keane and we´ve got to complete that quest in terms of getting that type of player who can influence not just the dressing room but also on the field

"We have some ideas in mind in that respect, maybe not exactly a Roy Keane-type but players who would add to the midfield.

"One of the benefits of Roy was, even though he was from the Republic of Ireland, it was like he was British, so there was no problem in terms of his culture and the language. He was a Manchester lad really, we brought him here from Nottingham at a young age.

"In the present situation where we´re looking for a Roy Keane there is no-one, absolutely no-one, of that type in the English game.

"There are some good players in the English game but not a Roy Keane-type.

"So when we look abroad we have to take into consideration that he´s not going to be a Roy Keane in terms of his influence in the dressing room because of culture, language, things like that.

"It will be a different type of player but hopefully it will be somebody who has the qualities that we need."

Lyon´s Mahamadou Diarra is thought to be Ferguson´s top target after watching the midfielder in action on several occasions this season.

Au sujet de Ballack il aura (a priori) le plus gros salaire de PL avec 130.000/160.000£ par semaine...Qu´on ne dise pas que ça ne joue pas ^^

Au sujet de Ruud je vous rappelle que ces "chiffres" ne sont que suppositions de journalistes puisque MU n´est pas vendeur à ce jour. Et si MU était vendeur il faudra que ces journalistes m´expliquent comment ils peuvent écouter les convers´ téléphoniques, lire les fax ou assister à des réunions (qui n´ont pas lieu) entre les dirigeants concernés

Même si des dirigeants ou cadres dévoilent parfois des choses sous couvert d´anonymat on sait que pour le moment il n´y a:

- aucun contact pris pour Diarra
- aucune offre concréte pour Ruud

A partir de là moi je peux écrire un article sans sources où je dis que Ruud a repoussé le Real (sans aucune preuve de ma part) dans le but de signer au Barça, club cher au coeur des néerlandais. Un site le met en ligne et des centaines de gens en débattront comme si c´était parole d´évangile...Faut rester lucide et ne pas oublier que malheurement des gens comme les fréres Custis du Sun font partie des gens ouvertement ABUs(Anything But United = antimancunien). Dans un journal souvent xénophobe et europhobe, quoi de surprenant à ce que des gens prennent parti sur le simple sujet d´un ballon rond ? Ils ne s´en cachent guère qui plus est, donc tout supporter mancunien qui lit les journaux sait à quoi s´attendre selon les éditorialistes d´une presse bien plus féroce.

Avant de vous emballer n´oubliez pas tout cela...

Ensuite: d´aprés les réglements FIFA un joueur en derniére année de contrat peut la racheter pour ce prix, ou un club le fait pour lui, s´il a fait ses années "protégées" pour le club. Donc rien d´étonnant que Gallas coûte 5M£, que Pauleta coûte 3M€ ou Ruud qq millions de £...Aprés s´il y a concurrence les prix montent au plus offrant, logique. Ensuite il y a l´âge qui joue, le fait que Ruud n´ait joué qu´en Hollande et en PL, etc. Ses anciennes blessures, notamment celle assez grave aux ligaments.

Perso je vois pas de quoi s´affoler c´est pas notre argent, si MU devait lâcher Ruud pour un montant "XXX" c´est que le club peut le faire et estime avoir soit un remplaçant au club, soit un joueur qui peut signer et compenser. On a pas affaire à des gestionnaires d´un club de district quand même...

De même, si MU estime que 30M€ c´est un bon montant pour Diarra qu´est-ce que ça peut nous faire ? On a besoin que d´un seul joueur cet été de toute façon...Donc laissons travailler le club et on jugera les faits, pas les rumeurs.

(PS: Chelsea prends Ballack trés bien, mais il prends direct le n°13 de Gallas, pour les fans de rumeurs je vous laisse faire les hypothéses...ça sert à rien de s´emballer sur du buzz...)

United eye new Ronaldinho

Manchester United are reportedly in talks to sign Brazilian starlet Kerlon.

The 18-year-old, full name Kerlon Moura Souza, is Cruzeiro´s prized asset and is one of the hottest young properties in Brazil.

He came to the fore last year during the South American Under-17 championship where he helped his country lift the title in Venezuela - whilst also winning both the top-scorer and player of the tournament awards.

It was during the junior competition that Sir Alex Ferguson is believed to have been tipped off about the boy, whose genius is compared to that of Ronaldinho.

His party trick - which he employs regularly during a game - is something called the ´seal dribble´, as he flicks the ball onto his head and runs with it past the opposition, who cannot challenge him without committing a foul.

Kerlon admits it is something he has always been able to do: "It´s just a skill I have, though it´s not meant to be a mark of disrespect to my opponents.

"Opponents say they will snap me, but this doesn´t scare me, it just motivates me even more."

United, having missed out on Ronaldinho, are keen to secure the player who is being tipped to succeed him with the national side and Cruzeiro admit he is available.

"We are always ready to listen to offers for Kerlon," Cruzeiro vice-president Zeze Perrella told The Times and he confirmed a deal was close with a Premiership club - believed to be United.

"We have had a lot of interest in him and we have been in close contact with an English team, but right now we are not there on the money."

One problem for Ferguson and United, is that Kerlon may not immediately qualify to play in England - as at the moment it appears he has no European relatives from whom he could draw an EU passport.

Should Kerlon arrive in England, who would have to be loaned out until he could secure a permit to play in The Premiership.

Jones pleads for United chance

David Jones has pleaded with Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson to give him a chance next season.

The young midfielder spent much of last season on-loan at Preston and later, Dutch outfit NEC Nijmegen, impressing in both spells.

NEC are keen for him to return to Holland next season but 21-year-old Jones has his sights on breaking in to Ferguson´s side, having garnered first team experience last year.

United are almost certain to add to their midfield ranks in the summer, with Roy Keane yet to be adequately replaced, but Jones feels the answer to the club´s Achilles heel could be found closer to home.

´´I know the club are probably going to bring in at least one new midfielder,´´ Jones told the club´s official website.

´´But being at United has always meant that you´re going to be up against very good players anyway.

"I´m dying to get a chance. It´s been the season that I go out on loan that suddenly a lot of spaces open up in the midfield. I guess it just wasn´t meant to be for me last season.

"In the previous season there was too many midfielders, there was a massive queue.

´´This year the opportunities might have been there, but you just realise you can´t do anything about it."
