Enfin pour le mercato j´aurais bien aime Hargreaves il est pas cher et je pense qu´il faut toujours avir un milieux potable en reserve au cas ou ( c´est le pire cas) ronaldo se blesse et ca dure une saison la on aurai vraiment du mal donc vaut mieu un milieu pas mal pas trop cher.

On l´a deja dit: pas possible au niveau salarial au mercato...

Gerrard warns Reds

Steven Gerrard has warned Liverpool that he could leave in the summer if they do not show signs of challenging for The Premiership.

Gerrard committed himself to The Reds at the start of the season despite an offer from big-spending Chelsea, but he wants Liverpool to be title contenders.

Rafa Benitez is trying to mould a new side at Anfield, but club captain Gerrard has warned that he will not have too much time to do so.

The England man wants to see signs of Liverpool becoming real title hopefuls or he will move on in the summer.

" If we´re moving forward and I´m successful at this club then I won´t need to go anywhere else, but if things aren´t looking good I´ll have to see what happens in the summer," said Gerrard.

" I´m 25 at the end of the season and I think I´ve got six or seven years left in me at the top level to win things, so hopefully the turnaround can happen quite sharpish.

" I´m in a difficult situation because I´m a fan myself, I want to win things at this football club, but I haven´t got time on my side.

" I can´t really wait three or four years for the club to be turned around and to be made into a title-winning side.

" I´m hoping that will happen from now until the end of the season and that, come the summer, we´ll be in next year´s title race. I´m not giving up now, but look at the table."

c´est dommage s´il part on a ni l´argent, ni ses faveurs.

Pour les 8s on ne peut pas rencontrer une équipe du même pays ( ni Arsenal ni Chelsea ni Liverpool)) ni du même groupe ( Lyon) je crois.

Si on termine 2es on devrait jouer le premier d´un des autres groupes: Milan ( groupe F), Inter ( groupeG), Juve ( groupe C), Kiev/Leverkusen/Real ( groupeB), Olympiakos/Monaco ( groupe A).

Gerrard est pas du genre à aller dans un autre club anglais je pense...Même si Chelsea pourrait peut-être le convaincre, je crois que le Real est le club idéal pour lui, d´ailleurs ces derniers jours on reparle de son départ à Madrid.

Fergie praises mature Ronaldo

Sir Alex Ferguson believes that Cristiano Ronaldo has matured quickly at Manchester United.

Ronaldo is the only player in the squad for Wednesday´s UEFA Champions League tie with Fenerbahce from the side that started against Southampton last weekend.

Ferguson is happy with the progress of the skilful winger since his arrival from Sporting two years ago.

" Cristiano has fantastic potential," said Ferguson. " He is a player with great courage and the first thing he always thinks when he gets the ball is how to attack defenders.

" We are very pleased with the progress he is making but we cannot forget he is only a kid.

" The part we really wanted to add to his game was him not overplaying things to get fouls.

" He has improved in that area because he has learned from the other players about the way we are here. He has matured. No matter how many fouls he gets he keeps going."

Meanwhile, United youngster Kieran Richardson has revealed he has never considered leaving Old Trafford.

Richardson will be given another first team outing against Fenerbahce and the exciting winger insists he is ready to fight for his place.

" I never think about leaving Manchester United," said Richardson. " I have faith in my ability, I am confident and believe I am good enough to make it here.

" Sometimes I have thought about going out on loan to gain some experience but the manager told me if I stay I will get my chance, so that is what I have done."
