Jose: Only United to fear

Jose Mourinho says Manchester United are their main challengers for the title, while Arjen Robben has warned that Chelsea will not crack under the pressure.

Mourinho´s big-money squad is undoubtedly the strongest in The Premiership, with even their second string packed with full internationals.

Chelsea face United in the semi-finals of the Carling Cup, and Mourinho believes they will also battle it out for the title.

Sir Alex Ferguson had taunted The Gunners by saying that Chelsea were their main threat, and Portuguese coach Mourinho agrees that United are the only ones who can match The Blues.

" United have a squad like us, with two senior players challenging for every position," said Mourinho.

" Arsenal have a great group of players in their first team - but after that they have promising young players still coming through the ranks."

Chelsea are still in the hunt for four trophies, and Mourinho has vowed to try and grab each prize.

Dutch winger Robben has been a revelation since recovering from injury at the start of the season, and he is confident The Blues can go all the way.

Robben says that the Chelsea squad is not feeling any extra pressure by topping the table.

" There is a lot of talk about us being under pressure because we are top of the table," said Robben.

" But we are playing well at the moment.

" There is pressure on us every time we play, yet we are handling it very well. We have to continue like this.

" I came to Chelsea to win trophies and, after the start we´ve made, we´re in a good position."

Robben has terrified Premiership defences since exploding onto the scene, and he boasts that no stopper in The Premiership can shackle him.

" I fear no defender in The Premiership.

" Every opponent has his weak points and you always have to look for them. I always trust my own ability and quality.

" Of course, there are some great defenders in The Premiership and some will be difficult.

" But if I start a match worrying about how tough a game will be because the defender is tough, then I had better stay in the dressing room."

Joaquin reveals Real desire

Joaquin has revealed that if he ever leaves Real Betis that Real Madrid would be his first choice, although he would also consider a move to The Premiership.

The Spanish international winger was reflecting on the fact that he has never played in Europe and that he may have to move away from his childhood club to fulfil that dream.

Rumours of Madrid´s interest surface every summer, but Joaquin has now hinted that he would consider England as his next destination after speaking to Jose Antonio Reyes.

" I speak to Jose each time the national team meets up," Joaquin told Uefa´s official website. " Every time I see him, he says that he is enjoying his new life more and more.

" I know that if I was to go there, I would suffer at first, but I would end up adapting to it.

" Jose has explained about how passionate the fans are during games and that the people over there are not as cold as they appear at first.

" The truth is that it would be a hard move because I would miss my family and friends, but I will never say that I would not go.

comment tu veux comparer Giuly et Ronaldo,c´est pas du tout le meme style de joueur.Ronaldo est un joueur technique(tres suréstimé) et Giuly un joueur rapide qui aime les espaces ( pas assez médiatisé

Man Utd watch as Real Madrid´s Casillas praises Premiership

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has admitted his admiration for the Premiership.

The Spanish international is a target for Manchester United and says: " Spain is the best League in the world. The great players come to Spain. Soon, in my opinion, the English League will become the best one. Italian football bores me."

On his future, Casillas, who is contracted to 2006, added: " There will be plenty of time to speak about this. I have always said that I want to continue with Real Madrid.
