"1. I didn't notice any "console" red flags and I consider myself a PC gamer though I also don't nit-pick every single game I play like most PC gamers do.
2. I didn't get to look much at the settings but I did get a glimpse of the graphics settings and, if they keep all the settings, the game will have a lot of customization graphics wise. As for controls, I didn't need to edit any of them but Rockstar has said that controls will be customizable.
3. We played mutliplayer on consoles so I can't give you any idea regarding the PC version specifically other than I think it can work really well on PC.
4. We never got a look at the PC specs specially, however I do recall one being donated by nVidia and a couple of them that looked like custom rigs Rockstar built. The Rockstar rep/dev I talked to emphasized that they worked extremely hard on a wide range of specs this time around after I mentioned I was planning on upgrading. He told me I should hold off until I actually play the game as I should be surprised even on older specs.
5. As for the UI, again we didn't see much of the menu's on PC but I'd expect it to be somewhat similar to the consoles which isn't a bad thing. Besides, you won't see much of the UI anyhow so it's not a big issue if the UI does suck."
Le passage intéressant c'est : "I mentioned I was planning on upgrading. He told me I should hold off until I actually play the game as I should be surprised even on older specs."
