According to The Hollywood Reporter, writer-director-producer Paul W.S. Anderson will be back for the sequel in at least the writing and producing capacity. He´ll probably direct the picture too, but that´s not been confirmed. The sequel has been tentatively dubbed Resident Evil: Nemesis.
