Hello, I have a problem with my Guild Wars 2 key. It seems that the key isn't working because of some limitations.
It seems to be a fraudulent Serial Code, this is the response from Guild Wars 2 forums' :
Please be aware that a significant number of Error 9 messages are related to the disabling of a fraudulent Serial Code. Many unauthorized resellers have sold codes that were purchased using stolen credit cards. When we detect that situation, we disable the fraudulent code. This means that the account is no longer able to access the Beta Event.

I sent an e-mail to the customer service and i get this :
"After verification, we regret to say that this serial number has been disabled due to fraud with credit card. We are not able to give you more information about this, but we recommend contacting the dealer where you purchased the game and claim a refund of your purchase. We advise you to think about buying the game from an authorized resellers. "
So I can't play with my purchase in your store, and I'd like to get a refund.
