C´est parce que c´est un patch destiné à la version intégrale du jeu

Pareil plantage avec un jolie retour windows(xp)lors du chargement de la course n°2(sous la neige)du 3 championnant de la 1ere catégorie,vous me suivez...
Je réinstalle sans le patch.
Autre astuce si vous voulez gagner en FPS mettez le son sur faible.
