J'ai moi aussi le même prob.
Voila ce que je viens de trouver (sur le forum officiel) :
Question #3: My DVD/CD-R won't recognize my Medieval 2 disc!
I can't guarantee this will work for everyone, but disabling DLA and CD recording worked for me.
Question: How do I do it?
Right-click on you DVD/CD-R drive. Then left-click Properties. Under the tab "DLA" uncheck the box by "Enable DLA on your drives." Under the tab "Recording" uncheck the box by "Enable CD recording on this drive." Click "OK" or "Apply." Reboot and your DVD/CD-R should recognize the M2TW DVD.
Note: This will prevent you from drag-and-dropping and burning CDs, so be sure to recheck these boxes if you are going to do any CD-R.

My DVD-RW or DVD-Rom won't Detect my Medieval 2 Disc's
Try installing the drivers from the CD-Rom that came with your DVD Drive, instead of using Microsoft Defaults.
or visit your relevant Drive Manufacturer website and download the last drivers for your model DVD-Rom
Identify your Drive model do a dxdiag scroll down to Disk & DVD/CDROM Drives the last few numbers and letter after your drive is its model number.
