"guys -- i had that problem before now it's already solved. what I have done is, just turn on the caps lock and keep it in sleep mode after that turn it on and then again turn on the caps lock key and shut it down.

this way this problem has been solved. this sounds weird but this is what i did. and everything works fine. try that out folks..."
