It's the exact same shit as >>27214025
The difference is that the number of colors is reduced by twice.
Not only it is less accurate, but I can make things appear very different of what they really are.
For exemple, what is Green on your map was a shade of yellow on the other one, which can make believe that Czechia is a lot better than a year before while it's the eact same.
Eastern Germany and Shitstain can look less fucked, but it's only because the last shade of pink has been merged with the first shapes of purple into orange.

There is literally no difference between the 2012 and the 2013 map except the losse of accuracy, so stop posting the shit one.
