the questionof death penalty is very sensitive.
Because the argues of the two sides are strong and can´t let you unsensitive.
I don´t think that death penalty is about argue, it´s more a feeling, a conclusion of our way of thinking.
I am totally against death penalty and in all cases. We can´t decide if a man or a woman has right to live or die.
And i don´t believe that in a crime, the death of the guilty will arrange or reperate anything.
Family victims are often death penalty.
People say that if somebody kill an other body so he deserve to die, but if we follow this thinking the thing will never stop.
And killing somebody who did it, it s becoming just like him...
For me killing somebody as a jugment is go back to farwest, it s a behaviour of cowboys or mafiosi , where vengeance was the only holly word.
To kill is too easy, you don´t have to find a way to empecher the person to do it again , you don´t have sometimes to understand you just have to kill him...
The greatest reason for what i´m against this absurdity called death penalty is , that the prison are full of inocent people, and i prefer let escape a guilty one that to condamne an inocent...
Death penalty is tottaly against human rights. And the truth is death penalty is only an excuse to legitimate racism and totalitarism. We wan´t to live in a civilised world, well let´s beggin by suppress this thing.
And people who reaaly think that it can be disuasif are still leaving in Neverland...The thing with death penalty is , when can we say that somebody is allowed to die ? people say it depends, no it doesn´t depend with a systm like this many of .
We all know that justice is not infayible and it s an eophemism, so how can we mix this justice and death? it´s unbelievable

Of course all these are just words and in a real sitation, where a close persone of my family or friend, where killed, maybe my speaking would be different, but i hope no. Of course vengeance is a human feeling but it doesn´t mean that you have to legitimate it.
An other death is not the solution, it won´t make come back the one you´ve lost...
You have to find peace and do´nt let be submerger by angry and vils feelings.
YOu have to be stronger that the one who shot your friend.
The thing is we see the world in our way, we analyse things with our " vécu", we are self centered, so are not impartial enough to decide of the death of somebody, and like said Gandhi " An eye for an eye, and the all world will be blind"
