Pour que Gothic 3 fonctionne, votre ordinateur doit posséder la configuration minimale suivante :

Please make sure that your speakers are correctly set up in the Microsoft Windows Control Panel (Sounds - Speakers - Advanced)
5. Multi-Monitor support
Gothic III does not support multiple monitors. Although if you want to play the game on a secondary monitor please change the following line in the ge3.ini:
AdapterNumber=1
6. Fixes for potential problems on AMD X2 processors
Many games encounter stuttering/random slow down problems on AMD X2 processors. Instructions how to fix this problem can be found here:

7. Emergency key
If you get stuck in the game world press CTRL+F8 to get free again
8. Last minute changes
The jump attack mentioned in the manual is not available in the game.
9. Gothic III can´t find the "d3dx9_29.dll" error
Please install the DirectX 9.0c August Distribution from the Gothic III DVD.
10. Streaming stalls
On some systems the streaming from hard drive can cause framerate drops and game stalls. Defragmenting your hard drive and lowering the texture quality settings in the game reduces these effects.
11. Copy Protection
The copy protection of this game requires the installation of drivers – they are installed automatically during the installation of the game. These can be uninstalled completely by executing the file Support\DrvSetup.exe on your disc. For more details please visit the following URL:
