Voilà la réponse que j´ai reçu de LikSang, en mentionnant l´histoire du "colis perdu" à la page 17 :

According to our record your order was shipped on the 7th of December using global priority. From our experience, normally parcels are usually delivered in 1-3 weeks using this service. However, considering the high traffics experienced by all postal services and custom offices during Christmas and new year holidays, which could explain the longer than expected delays.
Unfortunately shipments via global priority do not provide online tracking.
In case that the item does not arrive after the period stated above, please contact us and we will take further actions.
En gros :
- Cette histoire de palette perdue ne sont "que des rumeurs"
- Vu que c´est la période des fêtes, c´est normal d´avoir un délai
- Les colis Global Priority ne peuvent être tracés online
- Si le produit n´arrive pas à la date mentionée plus haut (mais quelle date?...) recontacter LS
- Suit le mode d´emploi pour demander soi-même son colis perdu à la poste et aux douanes.
