Considering the high traffics experienced by all postal services and custom offices during Christmas and new year holidays, which explains the longer than expected delays.
We have filed a "lost parcel inquiry" with the postal agent (Global Priority), which means that they will try to trace your parcel. In the worst case scenario, Lik Sang will ship you a replacement after the investigation is complete.

Please always reply to this original email, or quote this tracking number when contacting us about this issue.
Unfortunately it takes 4 to 6 weeks in most cases until the postal agent gets back to us with a result of the investigation. We also cannot send replacements out before receiving confirmation of parcels being lost, since many of them do make their way to the correct recipient, just with a little delay. In the event that the parcel does arrive in the meantime, please don´t forget to let us know.
Please rest assured that in the event that your package is confirmed lost, we shall immediately send you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Voilà qui a le mérite d´être clair, de 4 à 6 semaine pour le tracking puis de 1 à 2 pour le renvoie soit au minimum 5 semaines à compter d´aujourd´hui voir 2 mois maximum avant que nous recevions notre jeu. Ne blamons pas cependant Lik-sang qui et c´est rare en matière de VPC répond dans les 24h à tout mail qui lui est envoyé et se propose même de nous rembourser une fois s´être assuré de la disparition de notre colis.
Le topic a donc de long jours devant lui sauf retournement de situation spectaculaire à la jutsu_Master...
