Thank you for your e-mail, and sorry to hear that you have still not received your package. There are possibilities that your package could have been delayed due to the holiday season.
However since we are worried about your package too. We have filed for an investigation on your package with Hong Kong Post. From our experience with them, this may take from 1 to 4 weeks to process.
We would very much like to solve - once and for all - the problem of late and lost parcels, which we know are a source of great frustration and disappointment for our customers. But there is unfortunately not much more we can do than we do already. Investigations can only by carried out the courier or postal service that is responsible for the parcel once it has left Lik-Sang, and there is nothing we can do that we don´t already, to make postal and courier companies processes work faster.
We also cannot send replacements out before receiving confirmation of parcels being lost, since many of them do make their way to the correct recipient.
Please rest assured that in the event that your package is confirmed lost, we shall immediately send you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
