MIUI 2.6.8 and newer
are based on B919 and you need to flash the stock B919 as base for those newer MIUI-ROMs (everything starting from 2.6.8, as of time of writing 2.6.29)
I think B919 cannot be downloaded from huawei anymore, and the newer B923 locks the pink screen so you cannot switch to custom recovery, which you need to deploy custom ROMs.
I've repacked the B919 Stock ROM into a 7z to make it a bit smaller and put it onto my NAS: http://kaefert.is-a-geek.org/huawei_honor/B919_official.7z
