Voilà en gros un débat maintes et maintes fois repris et retourné ds tous les sens mais qui n´a aucune porte de sortie.. espérons le ( mieux vaut batailler des années et garder ce que l´on a plutôt que de perdre et de se retrouver avec des jeux censurés jusqu´à la moelle)

Perso je leur ai écrit même si l´avis d´un petit frenchie de 21 ans leur importe peu. Pour ceux qui sont en mal d´inspiration:

Hi, first, sorry if my english is not as good as yours but I´m french ( and I hope it doesn´t make you sick... hope your more intelligent than those guys..)

I write you today because of the story about GTA San Andreas ( And I think i´m not the only one). If you´ve received letters with insults don´t mention it, they come from immature people and thier opinion is not so important..

What i wanna told you is that you are making a sensed war but you have not chosen the good ennemi, in a country in which a teenager can easily buy a gun and where violent films are everywhere ( is there any week without a violent film on your TV or at the cinema ? ? I don´t think so..) you´ve chosen " video games" to fight with... Wrong horse ( maybe it´s a french " expression" ) , when I play a violent car game I love making crash, I love going so fast that police can´t catch me and sometimes I love breaking everything and everyone but I know this is a game and I know it since I play, when I was 8 or 9 years old.. Now i´ve got my driving licence ( 3 years now) and I have a so big respect for people life ( and for the police) that I can´t drive like i do in my games, it´s impossible ! !

For GTA, it is the same, yeah I got to admit that being the most powerful man is pleasant and kill people don´t annoy me but in " LIFE", I can´t see blood if it´s not in films.. I´ve seen some internet videos where some russian guys cut a head from one of them and I vomit and didn´t eat for 2 days.. There is an enormous ravine bewteen video games and reality and 99.99% of players know it, but as violent film " lovers", there is 00.01% of people who can´t make the difference but they are extremly rare and not everytime violent too..

I´ve got so many friends who do agree with me, you´d better fight against gun selling in your country instead of fighting against our way of " getting away of this world". We know we´re playing pixels and, as opposition as you´ve told, video games don´t make people violent, gun free sell do. And car robbery don´t have increased because of GTA I don´t know from which institution you´ve got this but it´s wrong for France and for USA too.. If you love guns, fight against porn industry which make our sons think girls are " easy" but don´t attack our " toys"

I know it won´t change anything, but I wanted to tell you that your fight is so... stupid

voilà ma lettre, pour les autres, suivez le mouvement, s´il y a une chance sur 1.000.000 que ça change qq chose ( un cas de conscience ? ) ça fait toujours une chance...

Pas de lettre d´insulte qui leur donnerait un peu plus de raisons de tirer à boulets rouges sur cette industrie florissante qu´est l´échappatoire matérielle, soit le jeu vidéo.
