Bonsoir à tous, voila j´ai démarrer l´ordi et je vois un message indiquant ceci : " Erreur au chargement de EXPLORER.EXE. Vous devez réinstaller Windows."
Je clique donc sur ok et puis l´ordinateur s´éteint. J´ai fait comme cet article de microsoft : http://support.microsoft.com/?id=306599 mais rien ne se passe.
Et, avant d´accéder au bureau, je vois ce message : " Windows was unable to process the registry. This may be fixed by rebooting to Command Prompt Only and running scanreg / FIX otherwise there may not be enough free conventional memory to properly load the registry."
voila pouvez vous m´aider à résoudre ce problème je vous en remercie d´avance
Windows me 19 Go 256Mo de RAM
