-Open up gta3.img with the img tool.
-Import all of the dff and txd files.
-Copy and paste the newtrack folder to data/maps
-Replace the your gta_vc.dat file with mine ( in your data folder)

Known bugs

-Grandstand aren´t solid ( I´m to lazy to fix it)
-Grass and sand materials don´t act like sand and grass
