Salut a tous, j'ai souvent un BSOD qui me fait reboot mon pc, on ma dit de regarder lerreur pour pouvoir réparer, seul petit probleme sa va trop vite, lécran bleu reste 5secondes :malade: . Il n'y a pas un moyen d'aller consulter un fichier temp avec les informations concernant lécran bleu ? :merci:

Panneau de config/systeme/onglet avancé/Dans la partie "demarrage et recuperation" tu clique sur parametres/Dans défaillances du systeme" tu décoche redemarrage automatique.

Sur xp c'est comme ca

ben l'ecran bleu reste au lieu de redemarrer.

Pour voir les erreurs, panneau de config/Outil d'administrations/Observateur d'evenements/ Cherche dans applications ou dans systeme, ya la liste des erreurs etc..

Ca fera que la prochaine fois que t'aura un écran bleu ca va pas reboot le PC et t'aura le temps de lire ce qui est écrit mais c'est pas le meilleur moyen.

Retourne la ou Hortor t'as dit d'aller et tout en bas ( dans "écrire informationsde déboggage" ou je sais pas quoi ) et regarde ce qui est écrit, tu devrais avoir un répertoir d'indiqué, c'est dans ce répertoir que sont stockés les dump d'erreur. regarde s'il y a un bien des fichiers dans ce répertoir.

Ok, télécharge cet outil ( c'est un outil de Microsoft ) :

http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols/debuggers/dbg_x86_6.11.1.404.msi

Et installe WinDbg, une fois que c'est fait lance-le, tu vas dans fichier > ouvrir crash dump et la t'ouvre le crash dump correspondant a ton dernier crash.

Il dervait y avoir la date sur le titre du fichier, genre si c'est un crash qui est arrivé aujourd'hui il dervait etre nommé "Mini052509" ( 05/25/09 étant la date donc ).

Une fois que t'as vouvert le fichier il sera analysé et tout en bas tu dervais voir quel fichier a causé le probleme.

J'ai trouver c'est un module de Daemons tools, j'ai supprimé daemons tool mais les fichiers ne sont pas effacé, je peut les enlevé sans risques ? :merci:

Logiquement oui si Deamon Tools est plus la il en aura plus besoin, l'OS n'en a évidemment pas besoin non plus.

Tu avais la version 3.47 de Daemon Tools? Car il semblerait que ce fichier est lié a cette version de D-Tools.
