Bonjour,
J'ai de gros soucis en ce moment avec mon Pc portable, il a un Dual Core 2GHz, Nivia Geforce 8600M GT, 2 Go de Ram et quand je joue à Counter Strike Source, les processeurs montent à 75° donc c'est anormal. Ceci me faisait pas avant. J'ai contacté dell, qui ma dis que sa pouvait être des spywares. J'ai donc utilisé le logiciel HijackThis pour analyser et vous transmettre le rapport comme j'ai vu que certains savait voir s'il y avait des spywares ou non. Merci

Il y a rien de grave comme infection, il faut te tourner vers un problème de surchauffe, peut-être doit-tu le dépoussiérer avec une bombe à air à la sortie du ventilo.

Oui bizarre mais Dell ma pas demandé de dépoussiérer car je les contact via leurs chat en ligne. Ils m'ont fais faire plusieurs test matériel, assistance en ligne pour voir les programmes lancés,ect... Mais rien n'est résolu je commence à perdre patience :/

Avec ctrl alt suppr, tu vois un processus qui te prend des ressources?
Tu as des fenêtres qui s'affichent en bas prés de l'horloge ou des message pub même en étant pas connecté?

J'ai un doute donc fais ceci :

- Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware :

- Mets-le à jour et fais un scan

- Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve et poste le rapport

Mon antivirus c'est McAfee il était avec le Pc, je m'en plein pas même si n'a pas l'air d'être le plus efficace

Je suis en train d'examiné le Pc, sinon avec le gestionnaire des âches j'essaye de regardé l'utilisation du processeur et de la mémoire physique, je dispose de 2Go de Ram mais il en utilise que 1Go...
