Salut alors voila j'ai attrapé un trojan par msn ! il envoie à mes contacts "ya ta tof sur ce site " mes contacts clic sur le lien et ont le virus a leur tour ! donc les gens croivent que j'ai infecté leur pc volontairement ! j'ai essayé msnfix puis aprés j'ai fin un nettoyage CCleanear et quand j'effectue le nettoyage Bitdefender detecte le trojan "Retapu.D" ! Donc comment le supprimer !!! j'en ai trop marre !!!! Help Please !!

- Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur le Bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
- Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici).
- Redémarre en mode sans échec :

- Double-clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage
- Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.t, poste-le.

Mais le problème là c'est que msnfix ne détecte plus d'infection !!! donc je ne poste pas le rapport puisqu'il n'y a rien !

Donc je croiyais que le trojan été partit ... mais non pendant le nettoyage avec ccleaner bitdefender détecte encore le trojan !!!

- Télécharge Hijackthis V 2.02

- Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

- Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.

Je pensais à ComboFix, qu'en penses-tu ?

SDFix est plus efficace face aux infections MSN.

Bon, je me lance :

- Téléchargez SDFix (AndyManchesta) :
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
- Double-clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans son dossier sur le bureau.
- Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le bureau et double-clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
- Appuie sur Y pour commencer le nettoyage.
- Quand il te le demandera, appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
- Ton système sera plus long à redémarrer car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
- Après le chargement du bureau, l'outil aura terminé et affichera Finished.
- Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes du bureau.
- Le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira et il sera enregistré dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. Poste ce rapport ici.

C'est pas sûr. J'ai déjà vu un PC avec l'infection mais qui ne s'était pas encore installé donc pas de message.
