bonjour j´ai chez moi un pc portable qui me pose un probleme:je suis sur mon ordinateur et tout a coup un ecran bleu aparait avec des choses bizarres marqué dessus je sais juste qu´en bas c´est marqué: physical memory (la carte mere surment):1-100(sa fait une sorte de chargement de 1 à 100 et sa dure 10secondes)et a ce moment là mon ordinateur redémarre. J´aimerai des explications et trouver un moyen pour que sa s´arrete merci d´avance.

- Télécharge Hijackthis V 2.02

- Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l´installation

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

Je ne vois pas d´infection mais un mauvais antivirus.

mon antivirus est norton 360

Quoique Norton 360 n´est pas trop mal.

ca viendré de cela? mon antivirus était intégré quand j´ai acheter l´ordinateur .Faut il que je le déinstalle et que j´en mette un autre?

PS : Pour éviter qu´il se mette à jour tous les jours, double-clique sur le parapluie à côté de l´horloge en bas à droite, va dans l´onglet Scheduler et décoche la case Daily Update.
