Why am I being charged? I swear I cancelled.
All of our subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 5 days prior to renewal. This is agreed to upon subscribing in our User Agreement

If you did not cancel via your account page or PayPal’s website and did not receive a cancellation confirmation email then no cancellation was done. Each cancelled subscription is sent a cancellation confirmation email to the subscribed email address immediately for your records.
Credit Card Users:
1. To view what subscriptions, purchases or gifts you have made with IGN, or to manage your credit cards etc.... please visit

2. After you have logged in, click on "Click Here to Manage Your Subscriptions"
3. Locate the subscription you want to cancel and press the "Cancel" button.
Canceling your subscription will result in the immediate removal of all HitPoints earned in your account.
Please make sure you are logged in when viewing accounts. You will only be shown accounts which you have under that particular email address. If you have used other email addresses, you will need to logon using those specific email addresses to view purchases for that account.
PayPal Users:
PayPal accounts are managed on the PayPal site only. If you would like to cancel your subscription on PayPal follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account on www.paypal.com and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab
2. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button
3. Choose this subscription, and click on "Details"
4. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may choose "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page
5. You will be taken to a confirmation of cancellation page click "Cancel Subscription"
Canceling your Subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled Payments for this subscription. Your subscription will expire as described on your cancellation confirmation email you receive from us following cancellation.
