bonjour tout le monde , depuis quelque temps, la premiere fois que je vais sur jv.com et que j ouvre un article il ya une fenetre qui s affiche et qui me dit que j ai plein de virus dans mon ordinateur ( alors que j ai fait 3 ou 4 verification du system avec norton) ensuite quand je ferme cette petite fenetre ca me renvoie sur un site d un anti virus qui a l air bien foireux et je voudrais savoir comment bloquer cette fenetre .

Ah oui je connais ce genre de machin.
C´est un spyware et je pense pas que Norton soit assez efficace pour ça. Télécharge "Spybot - search & destroy" (logiciel gratuit sur telecharger.com).

Je peux te dire que moi, quand j´ai un message qui me dit "le système a détecté que vous avez visité 419 sites pornos et 327 sites illégaux" alors que je suis le seul à utiliser l´ordinateur (et pas pour aller sur ces sites-là), j´ai pas cherché à comprendre : Spyware! (ou logiciel espion en français).

- Télécharge Hijackthis de Merjin puis dézippe le.

- Mets-le dans un dossier nommé Hijackthis à la racine du disque dur (C:\Hijackthis\)
- Fais un clic-droit dessus (fichier avec l’image de Dynamite) et choisis "renommer", appelle-le scanner.exe (C:\Hijackthis\scanner.exe)
- Ferme toutes les fenêtres.
- Clique sur "Do a system scan only" puis sur "Save logfile".
- Copie/Colle le rapport demandé ici.

Pour ton antivirus, il faut prendre soit Antivir en gratuit, soit Kaspersky en payant, les autres sont vraiment plusieurs niveaux en dessous.
