Je poste ce message car j´ai besoin d´aide :

j´ai un gros probleme avec mon PC !

Mon ordi fonctionne normalement et puis d´un coup, il se mets a planter pendant 2 minutes et il remarche normalement .

En fait, il plante 2 minute puis se remet a marcher normalement comme si rien ne c´été passé .

Pendant que le PC plante, toute les applications lancée ne reponde plus et la seule solution :

attendre 2 minute .

J´ai defragmenté le disque dur, fait une analyse antivirus et une analyse anti spyware et le probleme persisste .

En plus de ça, j´ai MSN qui ne marche plus du tout sans raison , depuis 8 jours impossible de se connecter :

hier c´été code d´erreur 80048820
et aujourdhui c´est code d´erreur 81000306

et je ne parle pas aussi du fait que mon ordi est tres tres long a démarré .......

Mon ordi n´avait aucun probleme et tout a coup, sans aucune raison, il se met a bugué complet !

J´espere que quelqun pourra m´aider........

Télécharge HijackThis :

Tu l´extrais dans un dossier HijackThis que tu placeras à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\HijackThis)

Tu lances HijackThis puis tu cliques sur Do a system scan and save a logfile. Donne-nous le rapport d´HijackThis que le Bloc-Notes va afficher.

pendant les 2 minutes ou le pc plante, je ne peut rien faire, je dois juste attendre pour que tout se remete .

Je vois que t´as Norton comme antivirus...

L´avantage avec cet antivirus c´est que si par chance il n´a pas encore laissé passer de virus, il fout le bordel dans le pc.

Je pense que la première chose à faire c´est de désinstaller NORTON et de mettre AVAST (si t´as pas envie de payer pour un antivirus).

3 antivirus en même temps

en plus c´est les meilleurs antivirus que tu as

Trois anti-virus en même temps c´est très dangeureux, enlève les les trois (Avast et a desinstaller avec le desinstallateur officiel a trouver sur leur site officiel) et met antivir (grauit) à la place,

ya que 2 antivirus car c est norton internet security et non pas norton antivirus

oh et un conseil garde pas avast

il est plus ce qu il etait

donc en antivirus prend avg(anglais seulement car il n existe plus en francais)et en firewall prend zonealarm

ok mais si je supprime Avast, esque ça va regler mes probleme ?

parceque la vous me parlez de plusieur antivirus en meme temps, mais c´est ça la cause de mon probleme ou pas ?? ??

sachant que seulement eTrust qui est activé en permanent .

Et c´est Norton Internet Security que je possede, pas l´antivirus de Norton .

Norton Internet Security est une suite logicielle, c´est-à-dire qu´il contient un ensemble de programmes dont le but est d´apporter plus de sécurité à ton ordinateur que tu sois sur internet ou autre chose. Il contient un antivirus, firewall, outils de diagnostics, etc.

Maintenant, faut désinstaller tout ce qui vient de SYMANTEC. Ensuite tu essaies et tu vois si ça marche.

Mais si t´a une suite, pourqu´oi installe d´autres logiciel ? En ce aui concerne Norton, je le trouve assé mediocre. Si tu veut un antivirus gratuit, je te conseille d´installer avg que tu trouvera sur ce site :
