Je suis infecté par le virus serwab et je ne sais pas comment faire pour l´enlever !! !help me !! !!

Avec un antivirus ?

j´ai norton et plein d´autre d´antivirus mais aucun ne le detecte !! !il y a que kaspersky qui le detecte mais impossible de le supprimer !

1. telecharge AVAST!
2. déconnecte toutes connection internet de ton pc
3. désinstalle tous les antivirus
4. fais un scan de ton pc au boot ou sous windows avec AVAST
5. une fois le virus reperer et détrui ou mi en quaranaine rebranche ta connection internet.

Si Avast ne trouve rien installe Spybot+ ad aware.

Vire Norton et tous les autres antivirus, on ne doit en installer QU´UN SEUL à la fois sur le même PC pour éviter les conflits, chose que tu n´as pas l´air de savoir.

donne moi un log hijackthis, pour le bloquer, et après suprimer le fichier timesrv.exe qui se trouve dans repertoire systeme

un log ?? ?c´est koi ?? ??un rapport ?c omment on fait ??

Dans la plupart des cas, "log" est l´abréviation du mot "logiciel". Or dans ce cas, il s´agit plutôt d´un journal, en gros Vazerty57 veut que tu lui donnes le journal d´analyse d´Hijack This.

decompresse le dans un repertoire

suprime le fichier zip

lance hijackthis et choisi "do a scan only", une serie de ligne apparait avec des cases à cocher (on y reviendra plus tard)

cliques sur "save log" enregistres et un rapport s´ouvre, ce rapport tu le copie/colle ici

ce virus n´est pas très mechant, il agit comme un malware, il force internet explorer à ouvrir une page de proposant de telecharger un faux antivirus qui est en fait un autre malware

voila j´espere que ce n´est pas grave !! car ce virus fait bloquer mon internet !

le virus est bien quarantaine, donc pas d´inquietude

une fois fais ça va dans panneau de config, option internet, et choisi ta page de démarrage

de plus je te conseille vivement de mettre un autre antivirus

si ton internet explorer reste bloqué fais moi signe

Ouai vire Norton, et fais le ménage par rapport à ce qui se lance au démarrage, les lignes global startup indique des programmes inutiles.

Démarrer > Exécuter > Tapes msconfig > Ok > onglet démarrage > décoche tout sauf ton antivirus (pare feu etc ...) et ta connexion internet.
