bonsoir
avant je voulais me connecter sur le chat de jv.com mais sa marchai pas et il y avais ecrit que mon pc etait infecté par un keylogger

j´ai passé un coups d´ad aware, spybot,scan antivirus,retoration systeme mais le message s´affiche tjr encenre
j´ai aussi fais un scan hijackthis

Bonjour

Avant tout :

- Mets-le dans un dossier nommé Hijackthis dans tes Program files par exemple ! (C:\Program Files\HijackThis)

- Fais un clic-droit dessus (fichier avec l’image de Dynamite) et choisis "renommer", appelle-le scanner.exe (Très important)

Relance Hijackthis et coche les lignes ci dessous :

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {e2e2dd38-d088-4134-82b7-f2ba38496583} - %windir%\Network Diagnostic\xpnetdiag.exe (file missing)

O9 - Extra ´Tools´ menuitem: @xpsp3res.dll,-20001 - {e2e2dd38-d088-4134-82b7-f2ba38496583} - %windir%\Network Diagnostic\xpnetdiag.exe (file missing)

Ferme toutes les fenêtres sauf Hijackthis et clique sur "Fix Checked".

Rien de spécial dans le rapport.

Télécharge AVG anti-spyware et installe le :

- Redémarre en mode sans échec.
- Ensuite lance AVG et clique sur « Analyse » puis sur le sous-onglet Paramètres
- Dans Comment Réagir ? Choisis Quarantaine.
- Reviens au sous-onglet Analyser puis clique sur Analyse complète du système.
- le scan démarre.

Quand le scan touche à sa fin, clique sur Appliquer toutes les actions, les éléments sont alors déplacé en quarantaine.
Enfin, clique sur Enregistrer le rapport d´analyse, enregistre le sur le bureau et poste le ici.

Faire une analyse Panda sous Internet Explorer (désactive Avast lors du scan) :

Ils sont où les rapports anti_hap

Un keylogger c´est un logiciel qui enregistre tout ce qui est tapé au clavier. Ensuite les données sont envoyé au pirate qui peut identifier les numéros de carte de crédit, mot de passe etc ...

C´est justement ça le problème !

Vérifie les processus (dans le gestionnaire des tâches), au cas où il n´y en aurai pas un de suspect.
