The 15th CRYSTAL SKATE OF ROMANIA will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2014,the ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules for Figure Skating as well as pertinent ISU Communications.
Participation in the15th CRYSTAL SKATE OF ROMANIA is open to all competitors who belong to an ISU Member, Rule 109, paragraph 1, and qualify with regard to eligibility, according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall within the limits specified in Rule 108, paragraph 2 c) and d) and they meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and ISU Communication 1420 or any update of it.

Place of the competition: Olympic Arena, Brasov.
The rink is indoor and heated: the size of the rink is 30m x 60m.
Date of the competition: 23. 26, October 2014

With the entry forms, the “Program Content Sheet” for Novice, Junior and Senior categories must be returned to the Organizing Committee in time. It is mandatory that the Program Content Sheet will be filled precisely by each Skater in English using terminology for the elements listed in the respective ISU Communication.
Entry fee is 75 EUR per skater , for the Advanced Novices, Juniors and Seniors and 60 Eur for the Basic Novices The entry fee must be paid for each competitor at the Registration before the competition. Participating teams must announce changes in their teams immediately after their arrival
