Bonjour, voici la solution (en anglais) qui ma aider à réparer ma sauvegarde.
1 - Backup your entire save directory (located under [systemdrive]\Users\[username]\Saved Games\Lionhead Studios\Fable 3 - that is for Windows 7 or Vista, you may look under [systemdrive]\Documents and Settings\[username] for XP). Copy the contents to another folder that you will remember.
2 - Check for the latest autosave files (the ones that are reported to be corrupt) in the directory and note the prefix for them (hero1autosave is for the first character you've created, hero2autosave is for the second, etc.)
3 - Start the game. The error message stating the fact of the save game corroption will appear. Go on and start a new game.
4 - Save the new game at the first opportunity (in the first room during the dress selection for instance).
5 - Press ALT+TAB to return to the Windows desktop (do NOT exit the game, just switch back to desktop).
6 - Look for the new autosave files in the game save directory. They will have heroXautosave (where X is the number of the hero we just created by starting the new game) prefix in their names.
7 - Delete the files you've just located (make sure that you are deleting from the original game save directory and NOT the backup you've created!)
8 - Rename the corrupt files (all of them) with the prefix you've noted in step 2 to the prefix of the files you've just deleted. So for instance if the corruption happened to the first hero (hero1autosave prefix) and the new game was saved with the hero2autosave prefix then you would delete the files with the names starting with hero2autosave and rename anything that starts with hero1autosave to start with hero2autosave (hero1autosave_chaptersave.bin to hero2autosave_chaptersave.bin, hero1autosave_herosave to hero2autosave_chaptersave.bin, etc.)
9 - Swith back to the game (select it from the tray) and after you're back in press ALT+F4 and exit the game without saving.
10 - The game refreshes the statistics file, calculates the new checksum and leaves other files (which we have just had replaced) in place.
11 - Start the game and it should load the fixed autosave correctly this time.
12 - If the save game is still reported to be broken you can try to swap the files ...failquestheroesave with ...heroesave and ...failquestmainsave with ...mainsave (you will need to do renames per swap eg. x->z, y->x, z->y where x and y are the files to be swapped and z is a temporary random file name). This will revert you back to the start of your last quest - but it is still far better than starting the whole game over again.

Si cela ne suffit pas, ne touchez à rien et faite cela :
________________________________________________
1 - restore your save files to the state before yo've messed them up Rambo Delete the contents of the directory and copy back from your backup. Make sure that you aren't deleting the backup files!
2 - (assuming you are using hero1autosave): rename hero1autosave_failquestherosave to hero1autosave_failquestherosave1
3- rename hero1autosave_herosave to hero1autosave_failquestherosave
4 - rename hero1autosave_failquestherosave1 to hero1autosave_herosave
5 - do the same for ...failquestmainsave: rename hero1autosave_failquestmainsave to hero1autosave_failquestmainsave1
6 - rename hero1autosave_mainsave to hero1autosave_failquestmainsave
7 - rename hero1autosave_failquestmainsave1 to hero1autosave_mainsave
