    First of all, I wanna introduce myself as this is my first post here. I´m Grog and I´m from Valencia, Spain... and... that´s all

    This is the my very first patch for any WE, but I think (without any modesty at all ) that´s not too bad, in fact, i like it pretty much. Let´s detail what´s in it:

    How to apply this patch:
    It´s like all dkz stuff but I´ll explain it

    1) Create a clean ISO of WE10
    2) Extract the files from the ISO with a CD/DVD Image Manager (i.e. Apache)
    3) Open the dkz patch with Dkz Studio 0.91B or higher and apply the patch to the folder
    4) Burn with Nero (UDF/ISO Mode) or Rebuild the Image with Sony CD/DVD Generator
    5) Pray for the game to run

    I´ve test it by burning two different DVD´s with a one different patch each one (Bothered MyMy Mix Patch v1 and JONBOYO´s last updated patch) and and it works properly, so the patch is expected not to crash the game.

  • Petit patch sympa pour avoir les commentaires ... en anglais ! bon, c´est pas en français mais d´un côté, on n´aura plus les jap s´exitant et on aura pas non plus les commentaires lourdingues en français ... un bon compromis

    We all know that the commentary is not necessarily the strongest part of the game. But I think it still adds to the experience even it tends to get boring sometimes

    Here is the English commentary from PES5 brought to you by SaberKa.

    Please do not send pm requesting information or other patches. Simply use this topic.

    I did this for fun, please respect the creator of this patch and do not sell this and do not share without given proper credit to the original creator of the patch.

    Install Method

    - Extract the compressed commentary patch to a temporary location

    - Create an ISO from your original WE10 dvd game using dvd decrypter. If you already have an iso image on your computer skip this bit

    a) Put your Original WE10 dvd in your PC dvd drive
    b) Open DVD Decrypter, go to MODE /ISO / Read
    c) Choose your destination folder eg WE10
    d) Press the go button (dvd->Harddrive symbol)

    - Open DKZ studio (if you havn´t got it then get it... use the search button on this forum or google it..)
    - Click File in the top left hand corner and click Open A File then locate the iso that you created. it will load the contents of the iso in the right hand pane
    - Now click Edit and click Import Files in the current folder.
    - Locate the temporary folder that you used the extract the patch. It should have J_SOUND.AFS file in it.
    - It should transfer the patch into the iso.. wait until it has finished
    - Now you are ready to burn your patched ISO image

    Alternative Method

    1. Create an iso file of the game
    2. Optional: Apply other patches as you wish (Fernado´s translation patch - no brainer)
    3. Extract the files to a temporary directory using isobuster.
    4. Right-click the ISO folderin isobuster and save the relative file list to the esam directory as in step 3.
    5. Overwrite J_SOUND.AFS file in the directory
    6. Open CDGEN_PS2 program and load the filelist (no lba option)
    7. Change the VOLUME NAME TO "SLPM_660.09"
    8. Generate the iso file and burn it at a slow speed or transfer it to your HD.

    How to apply.
    1) Use DVDDecrypter to make a clean iso of we10;
    2) Use Apache2 to extract iso to C:\. After extraction you will have a C:\NO_LABEL folder with 1,63GB (1.758.948.264 bytes)(Yes, this is the correct size).
    3) Open BrMiX_v2.dkz in DkZStudio 0.91B;
    4) In DkZStudio go to menu Patch->Apply Patch in Folder, and select the C:/NO_LABEL folder;
    5) Get this IML(IML mirror). In DkZStudio go to menu Tools->ISO Maker and load the iml file. Select a place and press Start to rebuild the iso (To use the iml supplied here it is strict necessary that the content of iso be extracted to the folder C:\NO_LABEL);
    6) Burn the iso at slow speed (2X/4X).

    Use by your own risc.

    Patching:



    1- Extract all the files in WE10 ISO to a folder.


    2- Open the patch with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    3- Go to Patch then Apply in folder.

    4- Open the Update with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    5- Go to Patch then Apply in folder.

    6- Open CD/DVD-ROM Generator.

    7- Add all WE10 files "which are in the folder that you patched".

    8- Press Volume then add "SLPM-66374" to Disc Name.

    9- Go to File then export .IML.

    10- Open DkZ ISO Maker.


    11- Chose your .IML and the new ISO Destination then Press start.

    12- Burn the new ISO with any good burning software i.e. Nero 7, Clone CD, Alcohol 120%.





    If you still couldn´t patch use this method.



    1- Open the Patch with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    2- Go to Edit then Export then Export All Files to a folder.

    3- Open the Update with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    4- Go to Edit then Export then Export All Files to the same folder.


    5- Move all files from the folders inside 0_TEXT folder to the main 0_TEXT folder i.e. BIN Files, STR Files and FLG Files.

    6- Move all files from ADX Files folder which is inside 0_SOUND folder to the main 0_SOUND folder.

    7- Move all files from the folders inside J_TEXT folder to the main J_TEXT folder i.e. STR Files and TXS Files.

    8- Move unknow_00002.ovl from the OVL Files folder which is inside 0VER folder to the main 0VER folder.

    9- Extract all the files in WE10 ISO to a folder name it WE10 Original.

    10- Open Original 0_TEXT.AFS with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    11- Go to Edit then Import then Import All Files from 0_TEXT folder "Make Sure that all the files has been imported".

    12- Save a new AFS in a new folder.

    13- Open Original 0_SOUND.AFS with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.


    14- Go to Edit then Import then Import All Files from 0_SOUND folder "Make Sure that all the files has been imported".

    15- Save a new AFS in the new folder.

    16- Open Original J_TEXT.AFS with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    17- Go to Edit then Import then Import All Files from J_TEXT folder "Make Sure that all the files has been imported".

    18- Save a new AFS in the new folder.

    19- Open Original 0VER.AFS with DkZ Studio 0.91b or later.

    20- Go to Edit then Import then Import All Files from OVER folder "Make Sure that unknow_00002.ovl has been imported".

    21- Save a new AFS in the new folder.

    22- Replace the original SLPM_663.74 in the WE10 Original folder with the SLPM_663.74 in the patch folder.


    23- Replace the original AFS files in the WE10 Original folder with the
    new AFS Files that you made "0_TEXT.AFS, J_TEXT.AFS, 0_SOUND.AFS and
    OVER.AFS".

    24- Open CD/DVD-ROM Generator.

    25- Add all the files WE10 Original folder "Patched".

    26- Press Volume then add "SLPM-66374" to Disc Name.

    27- Go to File then export .IML.

    28- Open DkZ ISO Maker.

    29- Chose your .IML and the new ISO Destination then Press start.

    30- Burn the new ISO with any good burning software i.e. Nero 7, Clone CD, Alcohol 120%.

    Instructions

    For most DKZ patches the basics are this

    1)Make Iso of your we10 DVD on to your pc


    2)Patch ISO with Fernando v3 ppf

    3)Extract contents of Iso to a empty folder eg. WE10

    4)Use DKZ 0.91(or higher) to open .dkz (the patch)

    and Apply in Folder

    5)a-Add SLPM(Team Names) to folder

    b-optionalAdd J_SOUND.AFS(Eng Commentary see below) to folder


    c-optionalApply MyMy Music Patch v1 see Below

    6)Rebuild ISO(Search/read about, there are many ways!)

    These 4 steps are essential if you want to patch WE10 by any method.

    1. Put your Original WE10 dvd in your PC dvd drive
    2. Open DVD Decrypter, and go to MODE /ISO / Read
    3. Choose your folder where you want to save your ISO.
    4. Press the go button

    Method 1: PPF Patching

    This is the simplest method to patch WE10, though .ppf files are very big.

    1. Open ppf-o-matic. In PPF tab, browse for your ppf patch (extract it from .rar file)

    2. In ISO tab, select the ISO you have saved with DVD Decrypter.

    3. Click Apply. It might take some time to apply.

    4. After you have applied, use Nero or Alcohol to burn the ISO onto a DVD. You can select the option to ‘Burn Image to Disc’. Select your patched ISO. Burn at slowest speed (Very Important.)

    Note: If you want to use combination of patches like Fernando’s PPF Translation, first apply the PPF patch, and then patch with DKZ.

    Method 2: DKZ Paching

    This is slightly complicated, but once you get used to it, its really simple.

    1. Open the ISO you have extracted with Isobuster, and extract all the files to a folder of your choice.

    2. Open DKZ Studio, go to File-->Open File, and open the DKZ patch you want to install. For eg; KM Mix patch. (Always extract the patch from the .rar file)

    3. Now, go to Patch--> Apply Patch to Folder, and select the folder where you have extracted the files from ISOBuster. Once the patch, has been applied, close DKZ Studio. Time to rebuild the ISO.

    4. Open CD/DVD-ROM Generator. Go to ‘Create New Project’, choose ‘DVD-Rom Master Disc (2nd Option). Drag all the files from the folder you had patched in the correct order which is:

    IOP
    ROMLIST.DIR
    SYSTEM.CNF
    BOOT.AFS
    J_SOUND.AFS
    J_TEXT.AFS
    MODULE.AFS
    OVER.AFS
    SLPM_663.74
    O_SOUND.AFS
    O_TEXT.AFS
    WE10_OP.PSS

    Note: Order is very important.

    5. Click on the ‘Volume’ Tab and in Disc Name, write SLPM-66374

    6. Go to File-->Export iml file, save to the location where you want to.

    7. Open Apache 2-->File-->Import IML File, select the .iml file you have just saved. Then again to File-->Build ISO. After Apache has build the ISO, use a burning use Nero or Alcohol to burn the ISO onto a DVD. Select the option to ‘Burn Image to Disc’. Select your patched ISO. Burn at slowest speed (Very Important).

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    1. What all do I need to run DVD-R/DVD+R in my PS2?

    You need to have either a Mod Chip (www.modchipstore.com/) or Swap Magic (
    http://www.swapmagic3.com/) to load your game. Alternatively, if you have a Hard Drive (
    http://www.ps2nfo.com/hddfaq.html) on your PS2, you can transfer your patched ISO to your Hard Drive, using Winhiip (
    http://winhiip.ps2hd.com/)

    2. Why is my ISO size about 1.6 GB, when it was initially 4 GB?

    Konami padded the game with dummy files, so that data was moved to the outside of the disc, which helps loading times. However, when you rebuild, the dummy files are removed.

    3. How do I insert new files in the game?

    If you want to insert new files for eg. Higgs Emblems, you need to extract the files with ISO Buster, open your o_text with Game Graphic Studio, and insert the files with the corresponding files. Then, rebuild as given above.

    4. Why do most patch makers use DKZ patches instead of PPF?

    The reason behind this is that DKZ patches are smaller in size and PPF patches cannot use sound files as they are too big.

    On met l’iso sur le pc :
    Utilisons dvddecripter
    Mode iso/read

    On met le patch fernando
    Utilisons pffomatic : on ouvre l’iso, le patch fernando et on appuie sur apply

    Appliquons maintenant le Patch MyMy Mix Patch v1 avec dkz studio
    Je vous passe l’explication du décompressage du patch
    Ouvrir dkz
    Aller dans fichier, ouvrir, sélectionner mymymix patch v1
    Allez dans patch : appliquer patch à iso
    Sélectionner l’iso we10

    On va se mettre les commentaires en anglais
    Toujours de la même façon
    On ouvre SaberKa: WE10 English Commentary Patch
    On appliqué le patch à l’iso

    On va appliquez les zic du ole mix pour avoir des zic made in brazil
    C’est pareil : on ouvre le patch, on va dans patch, appliquer patch à iso et on sélectionne l’iso déjà patché

    Tant qu’on y est, on va modifier l’intro. Là, ça se complique … donc pour ceux qui veulent en rester là, ne vous risquez pas.
    Il vous faut le programme Apache2
    Ouvrez apache
    Files : ouvrir : sélectionner l’iso we10
    Dans la petite fenètre à gauche, mettez vous sur NO LABEL , cliquer droit puis extract all
    Extrayez le jeu là où bon vous semble
    Copier le fichier .pss et allez le coller dans le jeu que vous venez d’extraire
    Le jeu a été extrait … Nero va permettre de reconstruire l’iso … tout en la gravant
    Il faut nero burning rom pour cela
    Ouvrez neroburning rom, sélectionner dvdrom udf/iso
    Allez sur iso
    Décocher “allow mare thabn 64 ….”
    Cliquer sur nouveau/ faites glisser l’ensemble des fichier de l’iso extraite
    Gravez à la plus petite vitesse

    Pour ceux n’ayant pas extrait l’iso :
    On a donc iso modifiée mais toujours gravable simplement … on va donc la graver avec dvddecripter
    Mode iso/write
    Graver toujours avec la vitesse minimum !


    Maintenant on va s’occuper des maillots
    Cela ce fera via le fichier option Fichier option Wecg + Update The Probe
    On extrait le bin cue
    On le grave avec dvddecripter : on obtient un cd avec entre autre unfichier en .npo
    On efface de la Mc un éventuel fichier option we10 préexistant
    On lance le cd via le cd boot
    Un programme se lance nous permettant d’accéder entre autre à la mc
    On sélectionne dans la petite fenètre à droite « cfdj »
    On a accés au fichier .npo qu’on a gravé sur le cd
    On va dessus, on appui sur triangle pour transférer les fichier option sur la MC

    Et voila !! !! … j’espère que ça marche …

    3)Extraire le contenu de l´ Iso dans un dossier vide que vous appelerez par ex. WE10
    4)Utiliser DKZ 0.91(ou version supérieure) pour ouvrir le fichier MyMy Mix v1.dkz (lepatch) et apliquer le dans le dossier précédemment crée
    4b)Appliquer MyMy Mix Update v1.2.dkz de la meme façon
    5)a-remplacer le fichier SLPM(noms des équipes) dans le dossier
    b-remplacer si vous le désirez le fichier J_SOUND.AFS(commentaires en anglais) dans le meme dossier
    c-appliquez si vous le désirez le patch MyMy Music Patch v1 comme vu dans à l´étape 4)
    6)Reconstituez l´ISO (Nero UDF/ISO mode ou cdvdvgenerator)
    7) gravez avec dvddecrypter ou nero à la vitesse la plus basse
    et Transferez le fichier Option à la carte mémoire par x-port, ou max drive, ou usb

    -Vous remplacer le j_sound de votre iso patché par celui la (copié/collé)
    - Et voila c fini

    ps: Pensez quand meme a faire une save de votre j_sound au cas ou sa plante
