Je vous invites à poster à la suite des maps et des mods sympa qui ne figurent pas dans la liste que je propose dans le but que je puissent les y ajouter par la suite.
Je vous prit également lorsque vous posterez des nouvelles cartes ou mods, de respectez la mise en forme de la présentation de la map. Autrement dit, présenter comme je présente celles ci-dessous

Tout d´abors, il serait judicieux de vous expliquer comment placer les maps pour pouvoir y jouer.
Tout d´abord suivait le chemin suivant: C:/ (ou autres si vous n´avez pas installer dans le disque dur C) Documents and Settings / ensuite dans le dossier qui porte votre nom d´utilisateur / Application Data/ la bataille pour la terre du milieu 2/ Maps.
On y est enfin . Ensuite, télécharger la map que vous souhaité. Puis, une foi fait, placer la dans le dossier Maps, ouver auparavant.
Si vous souhaitez que j´adére de plus amples précision ou si j´ai écrit des passages pas trés clair pour vous, faites moi signe je corrigerais tout sa

ISLAND
Cette carte comporte 4 places, l´une étant sur une île accessible uniquement par 2 ponts. Il va falloir bien plus qu´une garnison de vermine orque pour en venir a bout !

MONT SOLITAIRE
Autrefois royaume des nains, Smaug a envahi ce royaume et en a fait la "Désolation de Smaug". C´est a cet endroit que c´est déroulée la bataille des 5 armées, le joueur en haut à gauche doit prendre les elfes, celui en haut à droite les nains, et les 2 du bas les forces du mal.

EMYN MUIL
Emyn Muil is a mainly inhospitable land. Not far from here Sam and Frodo tamed Gollum.
In this map there are 2 start positions and 2 areas coming off them which are easily blockable incase your starting position falls. In the middle there are 2 areas which, while having no gate, should be fairly easy to defend. There are spider lairs, outposts, ruined towers, helms deep wall sections and signal fires in these areas. Or, if you are tactical or just plain sneaky you can use one of the paths which, although longer, take you around the defendable areas.

FORNOST
Rant: Once I saw this map in the campaign I knew I would have to bring it to skirmish. Of course it needed a lot of editing before it could even be considered for skirmish. So after many hours of fixing EA´s crappy textures, erasing the scripts, removing the buildings, redoing a lot of scenery, and adding inns and outposts as well as putting all of the teams together and making sure the AI used everything including the gates. I have finally finished. The reason it took so long is I couldn´t decide how I wanted the map to play out how many players bases or what victory conditions, but I finally decided after much testing that standard skirmish is the best so without further a do. I give you Fornost!

Facts: This is a 1 vs1 map. One player starts inside fornost the other out. There are various outposts inns and signal fires lining the map. With special attention given to the player outside the fortress to keep with balance. I did not make the map bigger as it was not necessary the extra outposts outside make up for the small area that the attackers get. I removed the postern gates again for balance this way the gate must be opened to attack. I have kept all of the gates only changing certain number amounts again for best balance. I have also fixed and changed many faulty textures and out of place buildings. Both players start with the normal fortresses. The attacker starts with 1000 more resources. This is for balance.

AI: The map is playable in skirmish. The AI should work correctly. However there seems to be a bug that the AI won´t attack the gates. Sometimes they do sometimes they don’t. There is nothing I can do about it.

Important: I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THE MAP ITSELF. I only take credit for the editing and transferring of the map to skirmish and let me tell you it took a lot more work than you would think. I don´t know how many features and textures I changed, but is was not easy.

Final Thoughts: Being a mapper I took it as my duty to bring to you this map. This map was almost expected of me. Maybe not in your opinion, but I expected it of myself. After all it is my job (my hobby) to bring to you the best maps and this one I am sure was on the top of everyone’s list. I still don´t understand why EA still insists on leaving some of the best maps in the campaign after putting so much time into to making them you think they would make a version for skirmish. But regardless its here now and fully playable. So have fun and enjoy. As always if you have any questions or comments list them below and of course a big Thank You to all who download! As for my next project you will have to wait and see. All I will tell you is that I plan on making my next custom map one to be remembered. But it probably won´t be ready for some time. I plan on going all out, but don´t worry it won´t be a cluttered map I promise.

g une question pour theringman : quand on les a télécherger les maps, on en fai quio ?? on les enregistre dans quel répertoire?? fo-t-il en extraire les fichier comme dans un mod oblivion ?? ?

je suis pas capable de joué a minas tirith movie. il s´instale automatiquement avec instaleur je lance le jeu solo escarmouche et puis je le trouve pas.

avant la prochaine maj remarque FORMENOS et NIMERIATH ARIAN (quelle que chose comme sa) ne marche pas.
