" David Jaffe, lead designer of Twisted Metal 1/2/B and God of War, has formed a new studio called “Eat Sleep Play” with key members of Incognito responsible for Twisted Metal, including Scott Campbell. This new studio is not Sony owned, but they have signed a contract with Sony to develop 3 console/handheld exclusive titles over the next few years, the first of which is set to release in 2008.

The big news for us TM fans however, is that Eat Sleep Play is developing a PS2 port of PSP title Twisted Metal: Head On (not officially one of the 3 games in the deal). Along with running at 60fps with higher textures and gameplay tweaks, this port will feature the Twisted Metal Documentary we have been discussing as well as 5-7 levels from the apparently cancelled game Twisted Metal Black 2. Additionally, there MAY be an “art book" included in the package. This game is set to be released this Christmas season. "

Un nouveau Twisted Metal est annoncé sur PS2, c´est le même jeu que celui sortit sur PSP, avec cependant 5 à 7 levels de Twisted Metal Black 2 (jeu annulé).

Ce jeu est prévu pour décembre 2007 aux USA, avec un documentaire sur Twisted Metal. Un bon pack en perspective pour tous les fans de Twisted Metal.
